Returns:
We do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number and your order must have not been delivered per carrier tracking info.
Refund:
As we offer customized products, we cannot provide a refund once the order has been processed. Please ensure that all spelling and information is correct before submitting your order.
Warranty:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement product if necessary.
